Recently, the 522kWh liquid-cooled all-in-one high-voltage commercial & industrial energy storage project, independently developed, supplied and supported with on-site technical services by Dongguan Xinrui New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has completed full-process commissioning in Jiangmen, Guangdong. All performance indicators meet standards, and the system is officially connected to the grid and put into operation. This marks another regional benchmark project delivered by Xinrui Energy in the field of high-voltage liquid-cooled commercial & industrial energy storage, providing a stable and reliable "Xinrui Solution" for enterprise-side energy storage and green low-carbon transformation in Jiangmen.

Project Overview

The project adopts a 522kWh liquid-cooled all-in-one high-voltage energy storage system. The single unit has a rated energy of 522.496kWh and a rated voltage of 832V, integrating battery clusters, BMS, PCS, liquid-cooled temperature control, perfluorohexanone fire protection, intelligent power distribution and communication monitoring in one cabinet. It achieves plug-and-play, rapid deployment, safe and stable operation, and long service life.

Targeting local commercial and industrial users in Jiangmen, the project mainly delivers:

  • Peak shaving and valley filling, as well as peak-valley arbitrage to effectively reduce corporate electricity costs

  • Emergency backup power and load regulation to ensure uninterrupted production and safer equipment

  • Green energy consumption and demand management to support low-carbon compliance and energy efficiency upgrading of enterprises
